MEN’S AND WOMEN’S LEAGUE | INAUGURAL EDITION
2027 | ISLAMABAD
Strawberry Sports Management, Pakistan’s first professionally run sports management organization, built the Champions Squash League (CSL) as a city-based franchise competition for the nation’s men and women players alike. The league gives elite squash a permanent competitive structure, pairing individual excellence with team pride in head-to-head ties that decide standings across a full season.
The Champions Squash League brings together the country’s finest city franchises, each one fielding a full squad of men and
women players from the first tie of the season
Pakistan's top ranked men and women compete for a place on every franchise roster.
Each franchise fields both men and women players, giving full and equal weight to Pakistani squash talent.
Strawberry Sports Management produces and broadcasts every tie across television, digital platforms, and print
Each franchise carries its city's colors and character into every tie, turning matches into contests between places as much as players
For nearly fifty years, Pakistan stood without challenge at the top of world squash. A single line of champions carried the dynasty from
the 1950s to the 1990s, a run of dominance no nation has matched in the sport of squash.
British Open champion,
1951 to 1958 (seven titles)
Every city fields a single franchise, built around a full squad of men and women players.
Every franchise meets every other franchise before the top finishers advance to a knockout stage.
A single franchise head to head fixture crowns the champion city at the close of the season.
Pakistan’s dominance in world squash faded after the late 1990s, and the infrastructure, investment, and media attention that once sustained the sport faded with it. The talent never left the country, and neither did the passion for the game. What disappeared was a professional league able to turn both into consistent, high-level competition. The Champions Squash League closes that gap directly. It gives players a competitive home, gives cities a team worth following, and gives fans a season of squash worth watching
Every franchise squad combines Pakistan’s elite ranked players, promising domestic talent, and international stars competing
under a single team banner.
Pakistan's top ranked men and women compete for a place on every franchise roster.
International players share every court, raising the level of each tie and testing Pakistani players against the world's best
Medical and physiotherapy support at every venue, full anti-doping compliance, and centrally coordinated travel keep player welfare a standing commitment.
Every tie receives live television production, digital streaming, and postmatch content across the league's own platforms.
Multiple camera angles and on-screen scoring graphics bring every tie to the standard of the sport's leading global events.
Live scores, highlights, and behind-thescenes content build a year-round squash community
Press conferences and player interviews follow every round of the season.
Strawberry Sports Management's own sports magazine carries franchise profiles and season reviews to readers across Pakistan.
